Our work and our name

The design, writing, code, films and graphics on this website belong to Truffaire Private Limited, or to the clients whose work we show with their permission. The Truffaire name and marks belong to Truffaire Private Limited.

You may not reuse them without written permission, except to quote or link to them fairly, with credit. Some photographs on our Services page are provided by Unsplash under the Unsplash licence.

The drawing wall

What you draw on our Studiopage is yours. It stays in your own browser unless you choose to share it with the studio. By sharing a piece, you let us show it, with the title and name you gave it, on the shared wall on our website; ask us any time and we will take it down. Please don't draw or share anything unlawful or offensive. We review every shared piece and may decline or remove any of them.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com and held on Google Meet, so their terms also apply to those services. A booked call is a conversation, not a commitment on either side. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement.

Not professional advice

What you read here, including the figures we share about results, describes our work and our thinking. It is not a promise of particular outcomes for your business, and it is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, including our clients' and our parent company's at truffaire.in. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of websites we don't run.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Truffaire Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you misuse this website or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses this causes Truffaire Private Limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the new terms. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie notice.
